Iran Defies UN

Iran's decision to defy the UN and open its heavy water plant clearly suggests that either the UN is weak in imposing its will or that Iran cares two hoots about international sanctions. It is now seemingly impossible to stop Iran from realizing its nuclear dreams. Unless and otherwise the US has other plans up its sleeve!
